What we are doing here

Most of what goes on skin is water, filler, and a name you cannot pronounce. We went the other way — rendered beef tallow, a few oils, nothing else. Four ingredients on the jar, and the same four on the website.

Why beef tallow works

A fat that reads a lot like skin.

Tallow is mostly three fatty acids. They're the same kinds of fats used in rich moisturizing formulas, which is why a spoonful of it behaves less like an oil and more like a balm.
